Loved the Sweater not the International Delivery

Hii, first time buyer. Your collection is great, the sweater was awesome. I know this is a small business but if you're offering international shipping, you need to make sure your outsourced teams know what they're doing. So my sweater was sent to my local post office with no contact details whatsoever. I didn't give it a second thought because I thought it's international shipment so I wasn't expecting next-day delivery. But at some point it was taking TOO long. So I emailed my local post office and they informed me that my package was going from warehouse to warehouse because they didn't know what to do with it till someone claimed it. Anyway, I gave them my contact details and it was delivered shortly after. Otherwise, your designs are great, and I've already recommended your page to friends🌸
